Accountabilities:

  • Architect, design, and implement AI-powered applications and automation pipelines that enhance business operations and research workflows.
  • Build full-stack solutions integrating large language models with existing business systems, managing data flow, APIs, and frontend interfaces.
  • Implement agentic AI systems using modern practices like MCP and RAG, ensuring AI applications access relevant knowledge bases and context.
  • Orchestrate AI coding tools to rapidly build, ship, and iterate production-ready solutions.
  • Establish testing, monitoring, logging, and maintenance practices for reliable operation of AI systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with a small, high-performance team to explore innovative ideas and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and best practices to continuously improve system design and performance.



Requirements
  • Proven software engineering experience with the ability to architect and deliver production systems independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated AI-first builder mindset, leveraging AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to orchestrate development efficiently.
  • Strong full-stack development skills across modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with large language models, context-aware systems, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
  • Ability to make sound technical decisions regarding system design, scalability, maintainability, and rapid prototyping.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
