We are currently searching for a GenAI Engineer :

Responsibilities

• Agentic Framework Implementation: Design and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Semantic Kernel or AutoGen (Microsoft agentic frameworks) for complex task automation.
• Orchestration & Reasoning: Implement advanced RAG patterns with context management and retrieval-augmented reasoning to improve LLM accuracy.
• Cloud-Native Fullstack Development: Build end-to-end solutions using Python (Backend/AI) and React.js (Frontend) integrated with Azure Functions.
• Secure AI Infrastructure: Secure AI workloads using Managed Identities, Key Vault, and RBAC to ensure enterprise-grade compliance.
• Serverless Scaling: Architect high-throughput data pipelines and serverless solutions that scale across multiple regions.
• Guardrails & Monitoring: Implement prompt engineering safety, response guardrails, and comprehensive monitoring for LLM performance and costs.

Requirements

• Experience developing and deploying Generative AI or Agentic solutions, leveraging Azure OpenAI Service, Cognitive Search, Azure AI Studio, Azure functions, durable functions, logic apps or LangChain-like frameworks., Microsoft agentic framework.
• Implement agent orchestration with history, context management, retrieval -augmented reasoning
• Solid knowledge of security, identity, and compliance in Azure (Managed Identities, Key Vault, Private Endpoints).
• Proficiency with Python, React.js in cloud-native solution development – Full stack
• Experience with multi-region deployments, serverless scaling, and high-throughput data pipelines.
•  Develop solutions with monitoring, and scaling strategies across hybrid and multi-tenant setups
•  Hands on with RBAC, prompt and response guardrails
• Excellent communication, solution documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Must

• deployed at least one production-grade solution using LLMs (Azure OpenAI preferred).
• Deep understanding of agent orchestration (not just simple chatbots).
• Strong hands-on experience with both Python and React.js.
• Practical experience with Azure networking security (Private Endpoints) is non-negotiable for enterprise AI.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
