Job Summary

Kaspar Companies is seeking a full-time Senior AI Engineer to lead our AI-driven initiatives. Based in Shiner, TX, this role is responsible for training AI models, implementing AI solutions, and enhancing manufacturing processes through innovative technologies. This position requires a tech-savvy individual with a blend of IT experience, process improvement capabilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Senior AI Engineer Responsibilities

  • Train and refine AI models using complex scenarios; evaluate outputs for accuracy and logic.
  • Implement AI solutions to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure secure and effective operations of AI tools and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business workflows.
  • Monitor AI performance metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Solve technical issues related to AI and propose enhancements.
  • Document procedures and AI system processes.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.
