Senior AI Engineer

A-Tech is actively recruiting for an exciting AI scale-up focused on conversational AI for enterprise companies’ customer service.

After a successful seed round, they seek multiple Senior AI Engineers to lead the development and integration of AI capabilities for a cutting-edge platform. This role is key in shaping AI-driven systems that align with the overall technical strategy and drive innovation across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of AI workflows, LLM-powered systems, and RAG pipelines.
• Collaborate with the Product Team to integrate AI features.
• Conduct R&D projects to explore new technologies.
• Optimise performance and ensure security best practices.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in software engineering with expertise in AI solutions (LLMs, LangChain, RAG, etc.).
• Proven experience in implementing AI/ ML projects
• Deep understanding of NLP, ML & LLM fundamentals
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience in Cloud or DevOps tooling is a plus (Docker, Jenkins, AWS etc.)
• Experience in Databricks, OpenAI, DeltaLake are a plus
• Fluent in English
