Job Title: Senior AI Agent Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior AI Agent Engineer to design and build advanced AI-driven solutions as part of a digital transformation team. This role focuses on developing agentic AI systems using AWS Bedrock and large language models (Claude preferred), while building scalable serverless applications to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI agent solutions using AWS Bedrock (Agents, Knowledge Bases, Guardrails)
• Build and orchestrate serverless workflows using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge
• Develop advanced prompt engineering strategies (ReAct, chain-of-thought, multi-step reasoning)
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, tools, and external systems
• Optimize performance, cost, and reliability of AI solutions in production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, cloud-native applications
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices and architecture decisions

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience with AWS Bedrock and LLMs (Claude preferred)
• Proficiency in Python and serverless development (AWS Lambda)
• Experience building AI/ML or prompt engineering solutions
• Solid understanding of APIs, cloud architecture, and automation
